Refund policy
You can return purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you receive them. When returning an item, it must be unused, in its original, undamaged packaging with all labels. The buyer is responsible for keeping the item in the condition it was received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, retain the cash receipt, proof of payment, or invoice.
If the item does not match your order or has a defect, you can exchange the purchased item for another item of the same value or receive a refund.
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal when purchasing:

After receiving your request, we will provide additional information on how to send the item back.
